Where do you work your magic & do you ship it out?

Outside & Arrow calls a little spot south of Olds, Alberta, home — but our custom creations love to travel! We ship all across Canada (yep, coast to coast), so no matter where you are, we’ll get your laser-cut goodies to you.
Just a quick heads up: shipping is Canada-only for now, and some of our larger pieces might be too big for the post office to handle. If you’re eyeing a jumbo-sized custom piece, give us a shout first — we’ll help figure out the best way to get it to you safe and sound.
Local or miles away, we’re all about making your custom ideas happen and delivering them with care.

Can I get a custom piece made just for me?

Custom is our jam — it’s what we live for! We’re all about teaming up with you to bring your one-of-a-kind ideas to life. Watching your vision turn into a real, beautiful thing? That’s the best part of our day. And we’re here to make sure your custom creation blows your socks off.
To get the ball rolling, we ask for a design deposit. This helps cover the time we spend dreaming, designing, and quoting your unique piece.
 • Every design is truly one-of-a-kind, so we can’t just throw out a random price — it all depends on your special details.
 • The deposit covers one design based on what we’ve chatted about, plus two rounds of tweaks if needed. Want more revisions or extra design time? We might need to add a little extra.
 • When you give the thumbs-up to move forward, that deposit gets knocked off your total.
Heads up: Deposits and quotes are good for 14 days after you get your draft and can’t be swapped to other projects. Thanks for understanding and keeping the creative vibes flowing!

How quickly do you whip up my order?

Great question! Most orders take about two weeks to make their way from our workshop to your hands. But hey, sometimes Alberta’s wild weather, busy workdays, or a queue of other awesome projects can throw a little curveball at that timeline. Don’t worry though—we’re always hustling to get your custom goodies done as quickly as possible without cutting corners on quality.
Need it ASAP? Give us a shout! We’ll do our best to fast-track your order (just a heads up—rush fees might apply).

Where do I come claim my custom goodies?

Your custom creation’s ready — what’s next?
When your one-of-a-kind piece is all set, we’ll send you a quick email or text to give you the good news. You can then swing by our spot near Olds, Alberta, to pick it up — no secret handshake required! Directions and our address will come with the notification, so finding us is a breeze.
Please plan to grab your order within 3 days of that message since our workshop isn’t built for long-term storage (we like to keep the sawdust flying, not piling).
If popping by isn’t in the cards, we’ve got you covered with shipping across Canada through Canada Post — just a heads-up, shipping costs are on you.
