Shipping’s currently a Canada-only party — sorry, international friends! Some of our pieces are just too big for the mail, so you might need to swing by and pick up your treasure near Olds, Alberta.
We send your goodies via Canada Post, always hunting for the safest and most wallet-friendly way to get them to you. If your order ships via regular mail, heads up: no tracking number this time. Once it’s off to Canada Post, delivery timing and condition is a bit out of our hands (but don’t worry — we wrap things up with extra love and care).
Got questions about turnaround times? Just give us a shout! We’re happy to help you figure out the best time to order.
Quick tip: sometimes picking up won’t speed things up more than shipping, but either way, we’re hustling to get your order ready fast — without cutting corners on quality.
We get so pumped when your custom piece is ready to roll, and making sure it arrives safely and swiftly is our top priority. Your happiness? That’s the real MVP here, and we’re all in on giving you the best experience from start to finish!
Pick up Policy
Planning to pick up your order? Sweet!
Just give us a shout at least 24 hours ahead with a date and time that works for you. We’re just a hop, skip, and a jump from the charming town of Olds, Alberta, ready to hand over your awesome custom piece!
Heads up — please pick up your order within 3 days of getting the “it’s ready!” notification. Our storage space is cozy, so we can’t hold onto your goodies any longer than that.

Just a little FYI: all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges). Once your treasure ships out, it’s on an adventure with Canada Post — and while we pack it up like a pro, we can’t control what happens on the way. If it gets a little roughed up in transit, that’s sadly out of our hands.

Custom Order/Design Deposit Policy
Let’s Get Started: Design Deposits
To kick off your custom project, we ask for a design deposit — it helps cover the time we spend dreaming up and quoting your one-of-a-kind piece.
• Every design is totally unique, so no ballpark estimates here — your project’s special details make all the difference!
• The deposit covers one design draft based on what we chatted about, plus two tweaks if needed. Want more revisions? No worries — extra design time may come with a small additional fee.
• When you’re ready to roll, we’ll apply the deposit toward your total order cost.
• Just drop us your email, and we’ll zap an invoice your way!
Heads up! Deposits and quotes hang out for 14 days after your draft lands—and can’t be swapped for other projects.
