Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada with Canada Post. Most orders are sent by regular mail unless otherwise arranged. Please note that regular mail does not include tracking.
 

Shipping times are estimates, and once your order is with Canada Post, delivery is outside of our control. Don't worry—we carefully package every order to help it arrive safely.
 

Have questions about turnaround times? We're always happy to help you choose the best time to order and answer any questions before you place your order.
 

Your custom creation is made with care, and making sure it arrives safely is our top priority. We can't wait for you to receive it!

Pick up Policy

All pickups are from our location near Olds and are by appointment only. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
 

Pickup appointments are available Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
 

Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment, our gate will be locked as we may have other business or family commitments scheduled.
 

Missed pickup appointments will need to be rescheduled for another day, subject to availability and with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Orders must be picked up within 3 days of completion notification. If pickup cannot be arranged within that timeframe, shipping options will need to be arranged at the buyer’s expense.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every item at Outside & Arrow is handmade with care using quality materials, especially for you. Because many of our products are personalized or custom made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an error was made on our end.
 

Once your order leaves our hands and is with Canada Post, delivery is outside of our control. We carefully package every order to help it arrive safely, but we can't be responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

Once your order has been delivered, Outside & Arrow is not responsible for accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or damage that occurs during normal use.

Design Fee Policy

To begin your custom project, we require a non-refundable design fee. This covers the time spent creating your custom design, planning your project, and preparing your quote.

Every custom order is unique, so pricing is based on your specific design and project details.

Your design fee includes one custom design based on our discussion and up to two revisions. Additional revisions or design time may be subject to an extra fee.

If you move forward with your order, the pre-tax design fee will be applied toward your final invoice.
 

Please note: Design fees and quotes are valid for 14 days after your design draft is sent and cannot be transferred to another project.
