How Your Custom Piece Comes to Life
💡 1. Share Your Idea
Big, small, quirky, or classy — send us your idea! We’ll chat colours, materials, and details so we’re on the same creative wavelength.
💰 2. Design Time
A $20 (+GST) design deposit gets the magic rolling. This covers one custom design ✏️ and up to two review rounds 🔄 if needed and is applied to your final order. More changes? A small extra fee keeps the lasers and magnet machine humming.
👀 3. Approve It
We’ll send you a shiny digital draft. This is your chance to say “nailed it!” or use your review rounds to tweak it to perfection.
🔆 4. We Make It
Once you approve, we fire up the lasers or grease the magnet machine and bring your design to life in glorious acrylic/wood magic or on a photo magnet.
📦 5. Pickup or Shipping
Your masterpiece is ready! We’ll ship it ✈️ or arrange a local pickup 🚗 so you can start showing it off.
